We at Hairware and Beautyware software want you to know that we are here to support all of the salons using our software.
We have upgraded our phone system so that our teams are able to work from home. The transition will be seamless and our support, sales and accounts teams will be able to assist salons in the exact same way as they do today. We’ll be doing our best to support salons with the same level as we do today. However, in the likely event that both Hair & Beauty salons are all forced to shutdown then we will continue to work with reduced opening hours and limited staff.
We will be making changes as needed and adapt with government legislation as it changes, as of Wednesday March 25th all beauty & nails salons along with tattoo parlours were forced into lockdown however hair salons are still able to trade. (at the time of writing this)
We are one of the only a few (if any) Australian owned and operated salon software providers, and during these tough times we will endeavour to assist all users of our software in any way we can. Once we all get through these tough times we too will need your support in order to re build our business, continue developing our new software and support all of our amazing clients.
Salons experiencing financial hardship due to the effect of COVID-19 on our subscription or maintenance/support packages are able to suspended payments for an initial 2 months. Importantly you will still have full access to all of your software but will not have to worry about payments, should you need to extend the period please contact us and we’ll revise the situation to grant an extension. If salons are in lock down then we will automatically extend the payments deferral so you won’t need to contact us.
Email us at accounts@hairwarebeautyware.com with your salon details, personal details and personal contact information – in case the salon is closed.
Our payment system is automated and payments will recommence in 2 months, should you need to extend the period please contact us.
*Salons that have a lease or rental under finance for your computer Hardware and Software packages will need to speak with the funders direct, The funders have also agreed to defer payment for 2-6 months.
