February 2025 Promotional Offers – Terms and Conditions

Offer 1 – Free Computer with Elite Subscription and HB Pay

This offer is available to new and existing customers who do not currently have a Hairware Beautyware subscription. To qualify, customers must:

  • Sign up for the Elite subscription package at $52.90 per week plus GST.
  • Begin processing transactions within 30 days using the HB Pay EFTPOS terminal.
  • Maintain a minimum average EFTPOS transaction volume of $20,000 per month for a minimum of 12 months.
  • This offer is limited to stock availability.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Cancellation Terms:

  • If HB Pay is cancelled within the first 12 months, the remaining balance of the computer value must be paid.
  • The computer is valued at $1,800, with a $150 deduction per month for each month where at least $20,000 in EFTPOS transactions are processed.
  • Example: If HB Pay is cancelled after 9 months, the remaining balance would be 3 months × $150 = $450, which must be paid to retain the computer.
Offer 2 – $1,000 Off Computer with Elite Subscription (without HB Pay)

This offer is available to new and existing customers who do not currently have a Hairware Beautyware subscription. To qualify, customers must:

  • Sign up for the Elite subscription package at $52.90 per week plus GST.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
  • Offer is subject to stock availability.

Offer 3 – Up to 6 Months Free Subscription

Three months free is available to new and existing customers who do not currently have a Hairware Beautyware subscription and who sign up for the Elite subscription package at $52.90 per week plus GST.

To receive an additional bonus of 3 months free (totaling 6 months free), the customer must:

  • Begin processing transactions within 30 days using the HB Pay EFTPOS terminal.
  • Maintain a minimum average transaction volume of $20,000 per month for the first 12 months.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
  • Subject to stock availability.
  • Offer expires on 30th May 2025.

Cancellation Terms:

  • If HB Pay EFTPOS is cancelled within 12 months, the free months will be back-charged, and an invoice will be issued for the unpaid subscription period.
