Online Booking Deposits
Our online booking deposit feature offers maximum flexibility. Choose between setting deposits as a percentage of the service cost or as a fixed dollar amount, and specify which services require a deposit. Your clients can choose to pay the minimum deposit or the entire amount. For trusted clients such as family, friends, or special customers, you can opt out of deposit requirements directly in their client card, ensuring they won’t be asked for a deposit when booking.

Credit card information is stored safely, enabling faster checkouts for future appointments.

Carry Over Deposits
If permitted, clients can now use held deposits in their account when making an online booking.  If your client has enough funds in their account, they won’t be asked for a deposit for new online bookings.

Your clients can easily manage their appointments through the online booking portal. They can view and rebook past appointments, modify upcoming bookings, add bookings to their calendar, view and pay deposits, view and print purchased gift vouchers, or update their contact details. The online portal provides clients with convenient control over their bookings.

Note: Appointment rescheduling and cancellation features, along with the required notice must be enabled, it is not enabled by default.

Personalised Service Selection
With detailed service descriptions, the ability to choose from previous visits, operator bios and photos, clients can effortlessly choose the right service and staff.

Convenient Management
Clients may easily add appointments to personal calendars and view upcoming bookings in the client portal.

Instant Confirmation
Clients receive an SMS confirmation upon booking, followed by an email detailing more information, including terms and conditions, ensuring clear communication and peace of mind.
